Every product we sell is sourced from the manufacturer or an authorised distributor. We do not sell parallel imports or unauthorised stock as genuine articles.
As a food retailer, we check expiry dates and packaging condition on arrival, and refrigerated and frozen items are stored and dispatched without breaking the cold chain. If an item arrives damaged or with a quality problem, we handle it under our returns and exchanges policy.
