Terms and conditions for using this online store.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms govern the use of the online store "KokoMart" (the "Service") operated by Neo Systems Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration and Accounts)

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (including social login accounts); they may not be lent to or shared with third parties.
  • The Company may suspend an account in the event of unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use.
  • To close your account, contact us through the prescribed method. Transaction records subject to statutory retention obligations are kept for the required period after closure.

Article 3 (Use by Minors)

Minors must obtain the consent of a legal guardian before using the Service. Placing an order is deemed to confirm that such consent has been obtained.

Article 4 (Orders and Contracts of Sale)

  • A contract of sale is formed when completion of payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are automatically cancelled if payment cannot be confirmed within the prescribed time.
  • If we cannot fulfill an order due to stock availability or similar reasons, any payment received will be refunded promptly.
  • We may decline orders we judge to be for resale purposes, or orders from customers with a history of confirmed misconduct.

Article 5 (Payment)

Payment methods and timing are as set out in the Legal Notice (Specified Commercial Transactions Act). Payments are processed through payment service providers; the Company does not store credit card numbers or other payment credentials.

Article 6 (Points and Coupons)

  • Points and coupons may be granted and used subject to conditions set by the Company. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points expire one year after your last point activity (whichever is later of earning or spending).
  • When a refund is issued, points spent are returned to your balance, and points earned on that order may be revoked.
  • Points or coupons obtained or used through fraudulent means may be revoked, and the account may be suspended.
  • Conditions for individual coupons (validity period, usage limits, eligible products, etc.) are set per coupon.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights in the text, images, logos, software and other content of the Service belong to the Company or its rightful owners. Reproduction beyond the scope of private use is prohibited.

Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)

  • Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
  • Bulk purchasing for resale or other conduct that obstructs our business
  • Unauthorized access or placing excessive load on our systems
  • Registration or ordering using false information
  • False, defamatory or promotional posts in reviews or similar features
  • Fraudulent acquisition or use of points, coupons or the referral program
  • Any other conduct the Company reasonably deems inappropriate

Article 9 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)

You represent and warrant that you are not, and will not in the future be, a member of organized crime groups or other anti-social forces. The Company may suspend accounts and cancel orders without notice in the event of a breach.

Article 10 (Suspension, Modification and Termination of the Service)

The Company may suspend, modify or terminate all or part of the Service without notice due to system maintenance, failures, natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances. The Company's liability for resulting damage is limited as set out in Article 11.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by natural disasters, carrier circumstances or other causes not attributable to the Company. Where the Company is liable, compensation is capped at the product price of the relevant order, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 12 (Amendments)

The Company may amend these Terms in accordance with Article 548-4 of the Civil Code. Amended Terms take effect on the effective date announced on this site.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes relating to the Service.
